I went to eat dinner on 28th June,2015 at around 9.00pm at ur bur dubai branch we ordered for one business meal and one special meal and one plate of idly. The food was very good and service was very nice also.
But we had sat pn the SOFA on first floor and my husbands back was full of BED BUG BITES.... and after we came out from your restaurant I HAD A BED BUG COMING OUT OF MY BLOUSE..... it was very very disgusting ..... and we complained to the manager there but he did not do anything he just said ok and took the payment. I was very unhappy as there was no customer satisfaction or no compensation done. We then requested for ice to be given to put on his back. But it was one of the worst dining experience even if the food was good.
